    Managed by the Tenant Services Authority, the data is divided into four main files:
    1. Housing management (including re-let levels and rent arrears)
    2. Asset condition (Decent Home Standard compliance, SAP rating and voids)
    3. General needs tenant satisfaction measures
    4. Shared owners (satisfaction measures)
  • Rough Sleeping - England
    Provides a breakdown of the total street count figure by Local Authorities in England
  • Gypsy and Traveller Caravan Count
    Statistical data on Gypsy and Traveller caravans in England, including listings of local authority sites.
  • Housing and Planning Statistics
    This annual publication is a compendium of a number of housing and planning live tables available as a PDF document to download.
  • Housing Strategy Statistical Appendix (HSSA)
    Provides evidence to support local authorities' housing strategies whether they own stock or not.
  • Business Plan Statistical Appendix (BPSA)
    For stock owning authorities only, data from the Business Plan Statistical Appendix (BPSA) returns are needed to assess: how well they are managing their stock; and their future plans for improving their stock.
  • Kick Start Funding
