Our Community provides - in collaboration with local authorities - practical help on sharing assets, developing customer journeys across Government, and sharing skills and knowledge such as customer insight. You can also get advice and guidance on maintaining links in the Service Application Matrix (SAM) - the LDG application that stores links to Directgov and also for Point of Single Contact (PSC).
