Summary

Communities and Local Government commissioned Opinion Leader to undertake research to widen the evidence base on the four settled accommodation indicators for PSA16, and in particular to explore the factors that increase and decrease the likelihood of PSA16 clients finding settled and suitable accommodation.

If you would like more information on Public Service Agreement 16, or if you are interested in how services can work together to improve outcomes for PSA16 client groups Link Up Link In (external link) can help. Link Up Link In aims to help front-line staff join up across services to support vulnerable people into homes and jobs and includes a range of data and case studies.
