The information presented here is currently collected on a quarterly basis, from 152 top-tier Administering Authorities, via the Supporting People Local System (SPLS) data uploads. The quarterly supply analysis provides a breakdown of:
Each of the supply analyses represents a snapshot of the number and capacity of services available at a particular point in time and does not reflect the number of households who have actually accessed those services.
In addition to the supply data, quarterly tables are provided highlighting performance in relation to National Indicators (NI) 141 and 142. Each of the quarterly performance analyses relates to an individual quarter; they do not provide a cumulative picture.
Year end retrospective spend data on Supporting People services is published following financial year end.
