Summary
The Code for Sustainable Homes is the national standard for assessing the sustainability of new housing in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. This document aims to provide guidance as to the costs of building housing to Code standards. It updates the two previous Code cost reports and is based on a much larger availability of market-tested industry data.
