Summary
Planning Policy Guidance 13 (PPG13) sets out the objectives to integrate planning and transport at the national, strategic and local level and to promote more sustainable transport choices both for carrying people and for moving freight.
This updates Planning Policy Guidance 13 published on 20 April 2001 to reflect changes to parking standards and charges. Amendments have been made to paragraphs 49 to 56 only.
