Summary

This final report summarises the comments received from stakeholders and provides some recommendations regarding the usability of the current building regulations and approved documents.

This report was commissied by Communities and Local Government and BSRIA Ltd were asked to gather industry opinions on the subject of usability of performance-based regulations. The final phase of the project involved analysis of the workshop synopses, further research, and production of this report.
